DELIVERY

When will I receive my order?

Orders are typically processed within 3–6 business days before shipping.
Estimated delivery times are as follows:

- Europe: 9–12 business days

- Rest of the world: 12–14 business days

Will I have to pay customs duties?

Customs duties may apply to international orders. These taxes are not under our control and vary by country. We recommend checking with your local customs office to determine whether duties or taxes apply to your order.

My order should have arrived but it's delayed. What should I do?

Before contacting us, please check the following:

- Review your shipping confirmation email to ensure the delivery address is correct.

- Check with your local post office.

- Ask your neighbors if the courier left the package with them.

If the delivery address was correct and the courier did not leave the package at a post office or with a neighbor, please email us at customers@milinepeople.com with your order number.
If there was an error in the delivery address, we can resend your order, but the cost will be at your expense.

Important Notice

Miline People is not responsible for lost, damaged, or undelivered orders. Shipping is managed by external carriers, and therefore the quality of delivery services is beyond Miline People’s control. However, in the event of issues, Miline People will contact the courier and assist you in resolving the situation.
